اصول همکاری خلاق

بر پایه ی سالها تجربه تدریس خود، بر این باور هستم که بسیاری از فضاهای آموزشی مهم و راستین در آستانه هرج و مرج و آشفتگی است. یک محیط آموزشی زمانی موفق است که هم فراگیر باشد و هم فرادهنده، همچنین اهمیت کار مشارکتی را به خوبی درک کرده و از آن استقبال کند و بر این اصل که هر حرکت تیمی نیرومندتر از مجموع کار انفرادی است تأکید ورزد. غالب مواقع استاد و شاگرد نمی توانند رویدادهای آینده را پیش بینی کند. البته نخست فضای امن محیط آموزشی به دانش پژوهان مجال دهد که با یکدیگر به بحث و جدل علمی بپردازند و با گوش کردن به نقطه نظرهای یکدیگر مطالب بسیاری بیاموزند اما به تدریج با چیره شدن اندیشه های بکر بر روحيه ی سنجش، رویدادی غیر مترقبه پدیدار میگردد: یکایک افراد کلاس از شور و هیجان نیرو، ایده و مسیر تازه به وجد آمده و متحول می شوند. وضعیتی که توصیفش چندان ساده نیست و تنها برای افراد درگیر و دلبسته مملوس است. نیروی جمعی بدان معنا است که گروهی به اتفاق بر نوشتارهای پیشین که حاکی از اختلال، وقفه یا عقب افتادگی در بلوغ اجتماعی است خط بطلان می کشند و با پدید آوردن طرحهای نو، موفقیت خود را در کامیابی جمع، جستجو می کنند. به اعتقاد من، غالب مردم دست کم در برهه ای از زندگی از روحیه تیمی برخوردارند. اوقاتی که زندگیشان به دلایلی دستخوش آشفتگی و بحران است. نکته قابل تاسف اینکه افرادی که ضربه های سهمگینی را در زندگی تجربه کرده اند، اغلب با ذهنی متأثر از این ضربه ها تجربه جدیدی را آغاز می کنند. در نتیجه در برابر هر حرکت مشارکتی حالت تدافعی اتخاذ کرده و از برخورداری از چنین موهبت ارزنده ای محروم می شوند. برای مثال بعضی از کارگزاران و مسئولان، به خاطر سواستفاده تنی چند از کارکنان، قوانین و مقررات تازه ای را بر شرکت و سازمان متبوع خود حاکم و روحيه خلاقیت و آزاداندیشی افراد بسیاری را محدود می کنند؛ یا مدیرانی که بدترین سناریوهای ممکن را در ذهن به تصویر می کشند و با توسل به آن مقرراتی نابهنجار را وضع و ریشه های خلاقیت، کارهای متهورانه مبتنی بر روحیه تیمی را از بیخ و بن بر می کنند.

وقتی به تجربه های خویش پیرامون آموزش اجرایی و مشاوره می اندیشم به جرأت می توانم بگویم که جنبه های بارز و شاخص آن حاصل تعاون متقابل اجتماعی بوده است. لحظاتی فرا می رسید که رویارویی با حقایق درونی و واقعا گفتنی افراد، تشكيلات و خانواده ها، مستلزم جهش زودرس جسارت بود و در عین حال ابرازش محتاج ترکیبی از عشق و شهامت. آنگاه دیگران با رعایت یکرنگی و صداقت، در نهانخانه قلب را میگشودند و همه چیز را به سطح می آوردند و ارتباطات مبتنی بر مشارکت و تعاون را آغاز می کردند. ظهور خلاقیتها به بینشها و برنامه هایی می انجامید که هیچ کس در آغاز آن را پیش بینی نکرده بود. کارل راجز توصیف ماندگاری در این زمینه دارد: «شخصی ترین چیز، کلی ترین چیز است.» هر چه قابل اعتمادتر شوید و در گفتارتان بخصوص در مطالبی که به تجربه های فردی و عدم اعتماد به نفس تان مربوط می شود  صداقت بیشتری نشان دهید، مردمان بیشتری روی حرف شما حساب میکنند و مطمئن تر درونیات خویش را برون می ریزند. این گفتار برخاسته از خلوص نیت به نوبه خود بر روحيه فرد دیگر تأثیر می گذارد. با پدید آمدن حس همدلی توأم با خلاقیت خالصانه، فضایی برای بروز اندیشه و مجالی برای یادگیریهای تازه به وجود می آید و حسی سرشار از هیجان و ماجراجویی این جریان را تسری می دهد. آنگاه مردم به رغم این که با عبارتهای نصفه و نیمه و گاه درهم و برهم با یکدیگر ارتباط برقرار میکنند، حرفهای یکدیگر را به سهولت درک می کنند؛ سپس دنیای تازه ای از بینشها، نقطه نظرها و برداشتهای ناشی از انتخابهای درست و راه حلهای تازه به روی فرد گشوده و مورد بررسی قرار میگیرد. اگر چه هر از چند گاهی این نقطه نظرهای تازه در میان زمین و هوا رها می شود اما به طور معمول به نوعی توافق عملی و مفید می انجامد.
روحیه تیمی در کسب و کار

رسالت ما تقویت افراد، شرکتها و موسسات برای ارتقاء سطح کارآیی و دستیابی به اهداف ارزشمند از طریق درک اصل رهبری مبتنی بر اصول و زیستن با آن است.
