  2. پول به عنوان اطمینان: فرد دارای این نگرش، در خرج کردن محافظه کار است و به پس توجه انداز دارد.
  3. پول به عنوان نشاط: فرد دارای این نگرش از خرج کردن برای خودش یا دیگران لذت می برد.
  4. پول به عنوان کنترل : فرد دارای این نگرش از پول برای حفظ کنترل بر زندگی خود و استقلال از همسر یا سایر اعضای خانواده اش استفاده می کند.

توانمندی های زوج های خرسند در امور مالی

حتی زوج های خرسند نیز در مورد امور مالی بیش از هر موضوع دیگری اختلاف نظر پیدا می کنند.

زوج های خرسند به طور مشخصی بیش از زوج های ناخرسند در اداره پول با یکدیگر به توافق می رسند.

همچنین آنها نگرانیهای کمتری در مورد بدهکاری ها و پس انداز خود دارند.

شناسایی محدودیت های پول

متاسفانه در فرهنگ ما، گرایشی وجود دارد که موفقیت را در عبارات مالی بیان کنیم.

بنابراین برای بسیاری از مردم این فرض غلط ایجاد شده است که پول برای آنها شادمانی و رضایت می آورد.

بسیار مهم است که نگاهی به اهداف مالی خود بیاندازید و واقع بینانه ارزیابی کنید که پول چه چیزهایی را نمی تواند برای شما به ارمغان بیاورد.( مثل:فکر ، خواب ،خوشحالی و…)

تصمیمات مشترک مالی

اگر چه این حقیقت دارد که بهترین چیزها ر زندگی خریدنی نیستند.

مشکلات مالی اغلب با مشکلات خانوادگی در ارتباطند.

به هرحال وقتی نگران مخارج خود هستید، به سختی میتونید از زندگی لذت ببرید.

این به آن معنی نیست که خانواده ها برای یک زندگی شادمان بایستی ثرونمند باشند. بلکه مساله مدیریت است.

تحقیقات نشان می دهد ، زوج هایی که احساس می کنند کنترل برابری در نحوه ی خرج پول دارند، در مقایسه با زوج هایی که تنها یک نفرشان امور مالی را کنترل می کند، احساس رضایت بیشتری از رابطه ی خود دارند.

همچنین در زوجهای خرسند، زنان در امور مالی فعال ترند و برتری جویی مردان در امور مالی خانواده کمتر است.

پایبندی به برنامه ی مالی

به جای آن که پول در آوردن و خرج کردن آن زندگی شما را کنترل کند، با تنظیم برنامه مالی بر درآمد خود کنترل پیدا می کنید.

برنامه ریزی مالی به معنای صرف نظر کردن از آنچه واقعا می خواهید نیست.

بلکه روشی ست تا آنچه را که خودتان می خواهید با پولتان انجام دهید.

برنامه ریزی مالی یک شیوه ی آگاهانه ی متعادل نگاه داشتن در آمدها و مخارج است.

یا آنگونه که می گویند« بجای آنکه نگران باشید پول کجا می رود، شما به پول بگویید کجا می خواهید برود.»

تنظیم برنامه ی مالی در اغاز زمان می برد ، اما به زودی متوجه خواهید شد که ارزشش را دارد.

تنظیم برنامه ی مالی و زندگی کردن براساس آن می تواند شما را از مشکلات مالی دور نگه دارد و تنش های رابطه ی زناشویی شما را کاهش دهد.

یک راه خوب نوشتن برنامه ی مالی این است که تمامی مخارج خود را در یک ماه یادداشت نمایید.

ممکن است به مجرد این که مخارجتان را روی کاغذ آورید از از این که چگونه پولتان را خرج کرده اید متعجب شوید.

پیروی از برنامه ی مالی ممکن است در آغاز سخت باشد.

احتمالا باید بر تمایل درونی خود برای خرج کردن فایق آیید و مجبور شوید واقعا به مخارجتان نظم بدهید.

اگر هر ماه سهم مشخصی را به هدایا و تفریحات اختصاص دهید، می توانید تجربه ی دلپذیری داشته باشید.

داشتن تصویر دقیق از امور مالی خانواده در ذهن کمک می کند که از خرج کردن بیش از حد توانایی تان پرهیز کنید

این احساس فوق العاده را پیدا کنید که می توانید بر پول خود کنترل داشته باشید.

برنامه ای برای پس انداز

در تنظیم برنامه ی مالی ، شما و همسرتان این فرصت را بدست می آورید، که تصمیم بگیرید چه مقدار از درآمدتان را پس انداز کنید.

اگر پس انداز پول برای شما سخت است، می توانید بخشی از حقوق خود را ماهیانه به طور منظم کسر و آن را پس انداز کنید.

به یاد داشته باشید هیچ زمانی برای پس انداز خیلی زود یا خیلی دیر نیست.

پولی که در محلی امن و با سود مناسب سرمایه گذاری شود، به طور پیوسته درصد رشد معینی دارد.
