از شکست نهراسید:

در دنیا به کمتر کسی برمی خورید که برای تحقق رویاها و آرزوهایش دچار هراس نشده باشد. ترس از انجام کارهایی که چندان هم آسان به نظر نمی رسند، ترس طبیعی است و این یکی از واکنش های روانی است که همه ما به نحوی در آغاز کار از خود نشان می دهیم. البته باید اذعان داشت که منشا چنین ترسی نه ضعف و عدم لیاقت بلکه برخورد بلافاصله با کار مورد نظر است. ما همیشه نگران آینده کاری  هستیم که آغاز کرده ایم و ترس از شکست احتمالی و سرزنش های بی شمار از هر طرف، ذهنمان را به خود مشغول می دارد. اما این نگرانی ها بی اساس، گذرا و فقط کمی بازدارنده اند. مثالی یزنیم: مهندس برقی را در نظر بگیرید که سالها برای دیگران کار کرده و حقوق ثابتی داشته است. حال اگر این مهندس بخواهد با پس اندازش شرکتی خصوصی راه بیندازد و برای خودش کار کند، قطعا دچار نگرانی و ترس می شود، ترس از عدم موفقیت و برباد رفتن اصل سرمایه. ولی اگر این انگیزه در او قوی باشد، هیچ چیزی جلودارش نخواهد بود. هر یک از ما نیز ممکن است دستخوش چنین نگرانی هایی شویم اما اگر هدفی مشخص و واقعی داشته باشیم و همه توانمان را در جهت آن به کار گیریم، رفته رفته بر ترسهای درونی فائق می شویم. عشق و علاقه به هدف پادزهر ترس و اضطراب است و پیگیری کارها مغز را فعال و امید به موفقیت را در شخص بارور می سازد.

از شکست به خودکشی نرسید:

برخی از افراد وقتی با بن بست مواجه می شوند و تمام درها را به روی خود بسته می بینند، به جای جستجوی راه حل منطقی و واقع بینانه ، از زندگی ناامید می شوند و به خودکشی روی می آورند. جوان عاشقی که دستش به معشوق نمیرسد دنیا را تیره تار می بیند و تصور میکند با پایان دادن به زندگی از شر افسردگی نجات خواهد یافت. دانش آموزی که بارها در کنکور شرکت کرده و موفق نشده، به گوشه ای پناه می برد و زندگی برایش بی ارزش و تحمل ناپذیر می شود. کارخانه داری که در اثر بحران اقتصادی ورشکست شده و سرمایه اش را از دست داده روحیه اش را می بازد و به این نتیجه میرسد که جز خودکشی راه نجاتی ندارد. بیشتر کسانی که امروز موفق اند در گذشته بارها طعم شکست را چشیدند. آنها با واقع بینی با مشکلات روبرو شدند و برای رفعشان چاره ای اساسی اندیشیدند. مشکلات انسان هر قدر لاینحل به نظر برسند با کمی کوشش و تلاش برطرف می شوند. هیچ چیز را تمام شده و از دست رفته تصور نکنید. برای هر بحرانی خود را آماده سازید و بدانید که با صبر و شکیبایی راههای جدیدی به روی شما گشوده خواهد شد. این فکر مثبت را در خود بپرورانید که فردا روز دیگری است. زندگی همیشه تلخ و ناگوار نیست و شکستهای این چنینی نباید موجب شوند که ما امید به آینده را از دست بدهیم.

از شکست باید درس عبرت گرفت:

اکثر پیشرفتهایی که امروزه در علوم و فنون شاهد آن هستیم حاصل شکست های بیشماری است که دانشمندان و مخترعان خود تجربه کرده اند. کافی است نگاهی به اطرافتان بیندازید و ببینید که برنده ها همیشه برنده نبوده اند.آنها بارها کلمه نه را شنیدند اما از پای ننشستند و چنان مقاومت کردند تا سرانجام با بله مواجه شدند. کسی که در اثر شکست مایوس شود، دیگر هیچ راهی به سوی موفقیت ندارد. کودک نوپا پیش از آنکه تعادلش را حفظ کند، صدها بار بر زمین می افتد و با گریه و فریاد موجب نگرانی اطرافیانش می شود اما دوباره برمی خیزد و تلاش برای ایستادن و راه رفتن را از سر میگیرد. وقتی کودک دو ساله تا این اندازه در خواسته هایش پیگیر است، چرا فرد بالغ چنین نکند. در جهانی که به سر می بریم، هیچ کاری بی عیب و ایراد صورت نگرفته و هیچ ماشینی بی تلاش مداوم سازندگانش به حرکت درنیامده است.

رمز و راز موفقیت در آن است که از شکست آینه عبرتی بسازیم و همواره از خود سئوال کنیم:

1- اشکال کار چه بود؟

2- راههای جدید کدامند؟

آیا شکست پایان کار است؟

می گویند از شکست فاجعه نسازید بلکه دلایل آن را جستجو و از این زاویه به موضوع بنگرید که چگونه می توان از جاده شکست راهی به سوی موفقیت گشود.آغاز هر شکست بسیار غم انگیز و غیر قابل تحمل است اما با گذشت زمان،درد ناشی از آن کمتر می شود و سرانجام درمان می یابد. بنابراین صبر و شکیبایی به خرج دهید و هرگز مغلوب افت و خیزهای بازی زندگی نشوید تا بتوانید نیروی دوباره برخاستن و آغاز کردن را در خود تقویت کنید. به یاد داشته باشید که آخرین کلید باقی مانده شاید بازگشاینده قفل در باشد.
