من در تمام رابطه های نامزدی برای ازدواج مانع دارم چون در ابتدا وقتی به طرف کسی جذب میشوم و صمیمانه به او عشق می ورزم ولی زمانی که نامزدم تقاضای تعهد در رابطه را میکند خودم را کنار میکشم و سرانجام از او جدا می شوم.آخرین نامزدم به من برچسب روانی ترس از تعهد را  زد. چطور بدانم راهی که در انتخاب همسر در پیش گرفته ام روال طبیعی دارد یا ناشی از بیماری ترس از ازدواج است؟

مطمئنن شما به ترس از تعهد مبتلا هستید این ترس، از شما فردی می سازد که من چنین فردی را شورشی می نامم. اگر در زمان کودکی کسی را مثل( پدر،مادر،برادر بزرگتر)  دوست داشتید و آن شخص چیزی را از شما گرفته باشد( قدرتتان را حس احترام به خودتان را، معصومیتتان را) چنین شخصی را در ضمیر ناخودآگاه خود، علی رغم آنکه دوستش دارید، دشمن خود می دانید. حال که بزرگ شده و همسری اختیار کرده اید که دوستش دارید، بازهم این به ذهنتان خطور میکند:( کسی را دوست دارم دشمن من است و می خواهد چیزی از من بگیرد). بنابراین من باید خودمرا حفظ کنم و به اصطلاح معروف( مواظب کلاه خود باشم) و در حقیقت قبول تعهد، نسبت به او برایت مشکل است.

مقاومت به پذیرش تعهد، خودش را از چند راه نشان می دهد یکی رد تقاضای ازدواج است. یا ممکن است به صورت امتناع از موضوعهای کوچک آشکار شود. مثلا رد پیشنهاد مراجعه به مشاور یا خودداری از رفتن به سینما در حالی که گفته بودی به سینما می روی و… شورشیان تعهد، معمولا این انگیزه را دارند که می خواهند به خودشان و اوضاع مسلط باشند و از اینکه مبادا کنترل از دستشان خارج شود، نگرانند. شما وقتی نسبت به کسی متعهد شدی فکر می کنی که تو بازنده و او برنده شده است. همانطور که در رابطه قبلی حس کردی با دوست داشتن کسی که به تو زیان رسانده، چیزی را از دست داده ای. در اینجا به چند منش کراکتر شورشیان تعهد اشاره می کنیم:

3- این افراد دوست ندارند هیچ نقشه یا برنامه ای داشته باشند، چون نمی خواهند نسبت به آینده تعهدی را عهده دار شوند و برنامه ی خاصی پاگیر آنها شود.

4- شورشیان تعهد دوست ندارند احساسات خود را نشان دهند یا در مورد آن صحبت کنند. زیرا آن را تعهد زیادی می انگارند و فکر می کنند برای طرف مقابل قدرت بسیاری قایل شده اند.

5- این افراد اغلب مساحمه کارند. آنها دوست ندارند کاری را در وقت معین یا به نحو خاصی انجام دهند.

6- این افراد بی انگیزه  هستند و جهت خاصی در زندگی خود ندارند. آنها دوست ندارند حتی به رویاهای خود جامه ی عمل بپوشانند. طبعا این افراد حتی وقتی همسرشان حرف اول کلمه تعهد را بر زبان بیاورد،وحشت می کنند همان طور که شما در رابطه های قبلی خود عمل کردید. حال راه حل چیست؟ مدتی از ایجاد رابطه خودداری کن. با هیچ کس قرار نامزدی یا قرار دوستی نداشته باش. تمام انرژی خود را صرف کن تا این الگو را بشکنی سپس به صورت جدی برای درمان ذهنیت عاطفی خود اقدام کن.
