موانع و چالش های تغییر

اولین چالش برای تغییر شخصی، احساسات و هیجانات است.

اگر تاکنون برای ایجاد تغییر در زندگی خود اقدامی نکرده اید، به این دلیل است که نوعی احساس شما را احاطه کرده و از انجام تغییر باز داشته است. این احساس ممکن احساس عدم امنیت باشد، احساس بی کفایتی، احساس حقارت، احساس ترس از ناشناخته ها و یا احساس واهمه از تغییرات جدید. نکته ی کلیدی و اصل طلایی در فرآیند تغییر این است که باور داشته باشیم که: ” من می توانم افکارم را مدیریت و کنترل کنم”. نکته ی فرعی این است که احساسات، قایم به ذات نیستند و تمام احساسات ما از افکار ما ناشی می شوند و برآیند و محصول شیوه ی اندیشیدن ما هستند: ” من می توانم احساساتم را از طریق افکارم، تحت کنترل و مدیریت قرار دهم”.

در این جا لازم است چند نکته ی منطقی در خصوص تغییر مطرح شود:

1- بزرگ فکر کنید، این باعث می شود فراتر از آنچه هستید ببینید.

2- متمرکز فکر کنید، این باعث می شود عوامل مزاحم و پرت کننده ی حواس را دفع کنید.

3- خلاق فکر کنید، این باعث می شود از قفس محدودیت ها و موانع آزاذ شوید.

4- واقع گرایانه و منطقی فکر کنید، این باعث می شود اساس و شالوده ی تغییر را در خود بنا بگذارید.

5- منظم و با حوصله فکر کنید، این عمل به شما اجازه میدهد برای تغییر، طرح و برنامه ریزی داشته باشید.

6- به احتمالات و امکانات فکر کنید، این باعث می شود به دنبال بهترین ها باشید و به برترین ها دست یابید.

7- متفکرانه و مدبرانه فکر کنید، این باعث می شود چشم انداز درستی نسبت به خود و مسایل پیدا کنید.

در میان همه ی این عوامل، یک عامل مشترک وجود دارد و آن ” اندیشیدن” و ” فکر کردن ” است و این واقعیت بزرگی است که اندیشه ی ما اساس هر نوع تغییر است.

دومین چالش برای تغییر شخصی، باورهای ناکارآمد است.

دو اشتباه رایج یا دو باور ناکارآمد که در اکثر افراد دیده می شود، عبارت اند از:

  • معجزه ای رخ بدهد و شرایط تغییر یابد.
  • شرایط و اوضاع، رفتار و سرنوشت ما را تغییر دهد.

اما واقعیت این است که این باورهای ما، قدرتمندانه تمامی کارهای ما را کنترل می کنند. باور این که ما توان و ظرفیت انجام کاری را داریم یا نه؟ ما مستحق چیزی هستیم یا نه؟لازم است باور کنیم:

_ تغییر امری کاملا شخصی است.

_ تغییر امری است ممکن.

_ تغییر امری است سودمند.

آنچه در تمام این سالها آموخته ایم این است که ما ترجیح می دهیم با مشکل قدیمی سر کنیم ولی راه حل های جدید را امتحان نکنیم. تغییر اگر چالش زا نباشد، تغییر نیست بلکه همان راهی است که همیشه می پیماییم. از همین رو با مانع خاصی روبرو نمی شویم. افراد اغلب ترجیح می دهند راحت باشند تا اینکه درست عمل کنند یا اصلاح شوند. آنها ترجیح می دهند امور روزمره را انجام دهند تا اینکه تغییر کنند، اگرچه می دانند تغییر برایشان سودمند است و شاید هم ضروری، چرا که در فرآیند تغییر، کمی عدم راحتی و دشواری وجود دارد. اگر می خواهیم بازده و عملکردمان بهتر شود باید رفتارمان را تغییر دهیم. به یاد داشته باشید که تمرین و تکرار یک عمل، کیفیت کار را بالا نمی برد بلکه آن را پایدار و باثبات می سازد. اگر شما عملی را اشتباه انجام دهید، وضعتان بهتر نمیشود ، بلکه شرایطی که در آن هستید را با هر تکرار پایدارتر می کنید.

شش گام برای تغییر شخصی

حالا اجازه بدهید در خصوص شش گام ایجاد تغییرات فردی صحبت کنیم. این در مورد تغییر دادن افراد دیگر ( زیردست، فرزند، همسر، پدر و مادر) نیست. بلکه در خصوص خود ماست. همه ی ما به تغییر نیاز داریم

گام اول: وقتی فکر و شیوه ی تفکر خود را تغییر می دهید، در حقیقت باورتان تغییر می کند.

گام دوم: وقتی باورتان را تغییر می دهید، انتظارات شما تغییر می کند.

گام سوم: وقتی انتظارات خود را تغییر می دهید، نگرشتان به خود، جهان و آینده تغییر می کند.

گام چهارم: وقتی نگرش خود را تغییر می دهید، عملکردتان تغییر می کند.

گام پنجم: وقتی عملکردتان را تغییر می دهید، تمامی کلیت رفتاری یا نظام رفتاری شما تغییر می کند.

گام ششم: وقتی سیستم رفتاریتان را تغییر می دهید، قطعا آن زمان است که زندگی را تغییر داده اید.

یادآوری چهار نکته ی مهم:

1- تغییر باعث می شود احساس تنهایی کنید، حتی اگر دیگران وارد این فرآیند، باز هم شما توسط بسیاری کنار گذاشته می شوید. در واقع کناره گیری اطرافیان کنونی از شما بسیار محتمل است.

2- بسیار آسان تر است که در دستیابی به نتیجه شکست بخوریم تا این که دلیل تراشی بکنیم و عذر بیاوریم که امکان تغییر برای من یا با شرایط من وجود ندارد. فردی که برای هر چیز دلیل و عذر دارد، هرگز احتمالات و امکانات پیرامونش را نمیبیند، چرا که همواره به دنبال توجیه است.

3- امید، پایه و شالوده ی اساسی هر نوع تغییری است. مردم به این دلیل تغییر می کنند که امید دارند در این فرآیند موفقیت وجود دارد پس امیدوار باشید و همواره با امید گام بردارید.

4- شما مسول تغییراتی هستید که در زندگی انجام داده اید ولی خبر خوب این است که می توانید تغییرات مورد نیازتان را در زندگی ایجاد کنید و به آنچه می خواهید دست یابید.
