 چه زمانی به روانشناس کودک مراجعه کنیم؟

همه والدین در تربیت فرزندانشان ممکن است دچار مشکلاتی باشند و البته خیلی‌ها فکر می‌کنند که از مشاوره بی‌نیاز هستند و می‌توانند به تنهایی از پس این مسایل بر بیایند. اگر چه همه ما به کمک مشاوره با متخصصین می‌توانیم در امر تربیت فرزندانمان موفق‌تر باشیم، اما گاهی دوران کودکی و نوجوانی برای فرزندان ما مسایلی بوجود می‌آورد که نیاز به مراقبتهایی تخصصی‌تر پیدا می‌کنند، در چنین شرایطی اگر دیر متوجه مشکل شده و سریعتر برای کمک گرفتن از متخصصین اقدام نکنیم ممکن است فرصتهای طلایی را از دست بدهیم و آنوقت است که از این تأخیر پشیمان خواهیم شد. در این مقاله می‌خواهیم دستورالعملی ارائه دهیم که والدین بدانند چه زمانی فرزندشان نیاز تخصصی به مشاوره با روانشناس کودک دارد.

۱) افسردگی طولانی

اگر فرزند شما مدتی است مانند گذشته نمی‌خندد و ناراحتی و افسردگی اش چند هفته طول کشیده است، اگر تلاشهای شما برای شادکردنش نتیجه‌ای نمی‌دهد و هیچ اتفاق خوشایندی او را خوشحال نمی‌کند؛ اگر هر چه سعی می‌کنید حواس او را از فکر کردن به غصه‌هایش پرت کنید و با چیزهایی که قبلاً دوست داشت او را شاد کنید تاثیری بر او نمی‌گذارد، اگر بر سر چیزهای کوچک و بزرگ گریه‌اش می‌گیرد و نمی‌تواند جلوی گریه خود را بگیرد. بهتر است هرچه زودتر به یک روانشناس یا روانپزشک مراجعه کنید. کودکان و نوجوانان معمولاً درباره افسردگی و ناراحتی خودشان حرف نمی‌زنند ولی با رفتارشان نشان می‌دهند که افسرده و غمگینند. حتی گاهی ممکن است برای نشان دادن غصه و ناراحتی شان قوانین را زیر پا بگذارند و دست به کارهای خلاف بزنند، بنابراین خیلی سریع به این نشانه‌ها پاسخ دهید و قبل از اینـــکه دیر شود، فرزندتان را نزد روانشناس کودک ببرید.

۲) گوشه‌گیری

اگر مدتی است فرزند شما گوشه گیر شده و علاقه‌ای برای بازی و بودن با دوستان و فامیل نشان نمی‌دهد و ترجیح می‌دهد تنها باشد و در خانه بماند، بهتر است او را نزد روانپزشک ببرید. کودکان اغلب دوست دارند با دیگر همسن و سالان خود باشند و با آنها بازی کنند و در سنین نوجوانی هم بیشتر در بین گروه همسالان خود زندگی می‌کنند و می‌خواهند از خانواده مستقل شوند و مورد قبول همسالان خود باشند بنابراین گوشه‌گیری در کودکان امری غیرطبیعی تلقی شده و نیاز به مراجعه به مشاور کودک دارد.

گاهی هم کودکان ازابتدا گوشه‌گیر هستند و بیشتر اوقات از تماس‌های چشمی با دیگران پرهیز می‌کنند و اغلب مایلند که تنها باشند. چنین کودکانی اغلب نمی‌توانند درباره احساسات خود صحبت کنند و یا نمی‌دانند چگونه با دیگران صحبت کنند. اگر کودک شما هم دوست ندارد در آغوش گرفته شود و یا دیگران را در بغل گیرد، اگر فرزند شما هم تصاویر بی‌جان را بر موجودات زنده ترجیح می‌دهد و دوست دارد با اشیای بی‌جان بازی کند تا همسن و سالانش بهتر است که زودتر به یک روانشناس کودک مراجعه کنید.

۳) احساس عصبانیت

بعضی از بچه‌ها همیشه عصبانی به نظر می‌رسند. اغلب با کودکان دیگر دعوا می‌کنند و حتی عصبانیت آنها دامن بزرگسالان را هم می‌گیرد و حتی با بزرگترهایشان هم بدون اینکه ملاحظه بزرگتر بودنشان را بکنند دعوا دارند. رفتار این کودکان اغلب مانند قشقرق به پا کردن است و با ابراز خشم و خشونت به خواسته‌های خود می‌رسند. این کودکان گاهی وسایل خانه را هم تخریب می‌کنند و ممکن است به خود و دیگران آسیب برسانند بنابر این لازم است حتماً درباره آنها با مشاور کودک مشورت کنید.

اگر کودک شما هم زیاد عصبانی می‌شود و یا اگر دیگران را تهدید می‌کند و با زورگویی و قلدری کارش را از پیش می‌برد، اگر با وجود کارهای خلاف احساس ندامت و پشیمانی نمی‌کند، اگر به حیوانات و بچه‌های کوچکتر از خودش آسیب می‌رساند، اگر وسایل دوستان و همکلاسیهایش را بی‌اجازه برمی‌دارد، اگر هنگام عصبانیت وسایل را پرت می‌کند و می‌شکند، لازم است در این باره با متخصص روانشناسی مشورت کنید.

۴) احساس اضطراب و نگرانی

بعضی از کودکان و نوجوانان اغلب اوقات نگرانند. مثلاً وقتی والدین شان از منزل بیرون می‌‌روند نگران آنها می‌شوند، گاهی می‌ترسند پدرو مادرشان تصادف کرده باشند و یا بلای دیگری سر آنها آمده باشد و خلاصه همیشه نگران هستند کسی بمیرد یا مجبور به اسباب کشی بشوندو یا از مدرسه بیرونشان کنندو… و بالاخره چیزی برای نگران شدن درباره‌اش پیدا می‌کنند.گاهی کودکان اضطراب و نگرانی خود را به زبان نمی‌آورند و در شرایط مختلف دچار سرخی چهره و عرق فراوان و سرگیجه وحتی حالت غش می‌شوند. بنابر این بهتر است علایم جسمی نگرانی کودکتان را به دقت بشناسید و اگر فرزند شما هم همیشه نگران و مضطرب است بهتر است با مشاور کودک در میان بگذارید.

۵) احساس مسئولیت و گناه

بعضی از کودکان در سنین مدرسه به این مشکل دچار می‌شوند. این کودکان اغلب فرزندانی هستند که طلاق والدین یا مرگ یکی از اعضای خانواده را تجربه کرده‌اند. این کودکان ممکن است فکر کنند دراختلاف والدین یا مرگ یکی از آنها مقصر بوده‌اند. چنین کودکانی درباره خانواده و مراقبت از خواهر و برادرهایشان احساس مسئولیت شدیدی دارند که ممکن است آنها را دچار اضطراب زیاد کرده و مشکلات دیگری را هم برایشان به همراه بیاورد. اگر شما هم در منزلتان کودک یا نوجوانی دارید که درباره دیگران احساس مسئولیت بیش از حد دارد و یا درباره اتفاقاتی که برای خانواده افتاده احساس گناه می‌کند، یا اگر فرزند شما هنگام امتحانات دچار دل درد و تهوع می‌شود و طپش قلب او را آزار می‌دهد، حتماً به روانشناس کودک مراجعه کنید.

۶) اضطراب جدایی

همه کودکان دوست دارند در کنار خانواده خود باشند اما گاهی ممکن است فرزند شما حتی اجازه ندهد شما برای انجام کارهای روزمره خود از او دور شوید. کودکی که در مهدکودک مرتب گریه می‌کند و مادرش را می‌خواهد و یا کودک دبستانی که دلش می‌خواهد مادرش سر کلاس درس کنار او بنشیند. نوجوانی که مرتب به والدینش تلفن می‌زند و یا پیغام می‌فرستد تا به نوعی با آنها در تماس باشد. همه این‌ها به نوعی دچار اضطراب جدایی از والدین هستند و نیاز دارند که با مشاوره به حل این مشکل آنها کمک جدی شود.

۷) اختلال تمرکز و توجه

اگر کودک شما معمولاً از دستوراتی که به او می‌دهید،به علت بی‌توجهی پیروی نمی‌کند، به سختی می‌تواند از پس انجام کاری به تنهایی بربیاید و به راحتی حواسش از کاری که مشغول انجام دادن آن است پرت می‌شود، اگر معمولاً نمی‌تواند کاری را که بر عهده‌اش گذاشته‌اید به پایان برساند و علتش هم این است که نمی‌تواند بر آن کار تمرکز کند. اگر فرزند شما در بین راه مدرسه جلوی ویترین مغازه‌ها مدتی طولانی می‌ایستد و فراموش می‌کند که باید به موقع به خانه برگردد، اگر کودک شما نمی‌تواند تکالیف مدرسه‌اش را به پایان برساند و در میان نوشتن مشقهایش به در و دیوار مدتهای طولانی خیره می‌ماند، کودک شمابه علت اختلال تمرکز نیاز به مراجعه به مشاور کودک دارد.

۸) زندگی در رویای گذشته

۹) تغییر در عادات روزانه

گاهی فرزندان شما با تغییر عادات روزانه خود به شما نشان می‌دهند که مشکلی برایشان به وجود آمده است. البته عادات فرزندان ما ممکن است به طور طبیعی هم تغییر کند اما گاهی عادات غذایی و خواب فرزندان شما می‌تواند نشانه مشکلاتی باشد که نیاز به مشاوره دارد. گاهی کودکان صبح خیلی زود از خواب می‌پرند، اما نمی‌توانند از تختخواب بیرون بیایند، ممکن است شبها نتوانند به موقع بخواب روند و یا کابوسهای شبانه آنهارا از خواب بپراند. زیاد خوردن و کم خوردن فرزندتان نسبت به گذشته هم می‌تواند نشانه‌ای از افسردگی در فرزند شما باشد بنابراین به این تغییرات توجه کرده و درباره آنها با روانشناس کودک مشورت کنید.

علاوه بر این اگر نوجوان شما تازگی‌ها دیر به منزل می‌آید و با دوستان تازه و ناجوری رفت و آمد می‌کند اگر مانند گذشته به درس و مشقش نمی‌رسد به طوری که افت نمرات او واضح است، اگر متوجه شده‌اید که بیش از حد به خودش عطر می‌زند و انگار علاقه‌ای به در آغوش گرفتن شما ندارد، بهتر است درباره رفتار او با روانپزشک یا روانشناس مشورت کنید.

۱۰) احساس ناتوانی

گاهی ممکن است احساس کنید که دیگر نمی‌توانید به فرزندتان کمک کنید، روشهای تربیتی که قبلاً استفاده می‌کردید دیگر نمی‌تواند جوابگو باشد و هر چه می‌کنید احساس می‌کنید بر حل مشکلات فرزندتان موثر نیست. گاهی احساس می‌کنید زندگی از کنترل شما خارج شده و نمی‌توانید برای ارتباطات خود با فرزندتان کاری بکنید. احساس می‌کنید شما و فرزندتان حرف همدیگر را نمی‌فهمید و به بن بست رسیده‌اید. در این زمان برای اینکه از احساس گناه و ناتوانی خارج شوید و بتوانید گامهای موثری در تربیت فرزندانتان بردارید نیاز دارید که به روانشناس کودک مراجعه کنید.
