10 تکنیک برای تقویت تمرکز:

  3. در ذهن خود از شماره صد، سه تا سه تا بشمرید و کم کنید.
  4. یک کلمه یا یک طرح ساده را انتخاب کنید و آن را به مدت 5 دقیقه در ذهن خود تکرار کنید. هنگامی که توانستید بهتر و آسان تر تمرکز کنید سعی کنید این کار را برای مدت 10 دقیقه انجام دهید بدون آنکه تمرکز حواستان را از دست بدهید.
  5. یک میوه مثلا یک سیب را بردارید و از همه طرف به آن نگاه کنید. تمام حواس خود را بر روی آن متمرکز کنید و به چیز دیگری غیر از آن سیب فکر نکنید. وقتی به سیب نگاه میکنید به چگونگی رشد آن و یا ارزش غذایی آن و یا حتی مغازه ای که آن را خریده اید فکر نکنید، بلکه فقط و فقط به خود سیب فکر کنید، آن را ببویید و لمس کنید.
  6. همانند تمرین قبل عمل کنید با این تفاوت که این بار چشمانتان بسته باشد. در ابتدا تمرین شماره 5 را به مدت 5 دقیقه تکرار کنید و سپس به انجام این تمرین بپردازید. چشمان خود را ببندید و سعی کنید طعم، رنگ و بوی میوه را احساس و تصور کنید و هر چه میتوانید این تصویر را در ذهن خود شفاف تر کنید. اگر نتوانستید این کار را انجام دهید چشمان خود را باز کنید، میوه را نگاه کنید و سپس تمرین را تکرار کنید.
  7.  یک شی ساده( قاشق، چنگال و…) را بردارید و بر روی آن تمرکز کنید. از همه طرف به آن نگاه کنید بدون اینکه کلمه ای در ذهن داشته باشید. سعی کنید فقط به آن شی نگاه کنید بدون آنکه بر اسامی و یا کلمات مربوط به آن فکر کنید.
  8. پس از آنکه در انجام تمرین قبل مهارت پیدا کردید میتوانید این تمرین را انجام دهید. شکل هندسی کوچکی را بر روی کاغذ رسم کنید و آن را به رنگ دلخواه درآورید سپس بر روی آن تمرکز کنید.فقط به آن شکل فکر کنید و افکار نامربوط دیگر را از خود برانید. سعی کنید در طی تمرین به کلمات فکر نکنید.
  9. مانند تمرین قبل عمل کنید با این تفاوت که این بار چشمانتان بسته باشد. اگر نتوانستید شکل را به طور کامل مجسم کنید، چشمتان را باز کرده، چند دقیقه به شکل نگاه کنید سپس چشمان خود را ببندید و تمرین را ادامه دهید.
